Foster Family Survey
Introduction: Nebraska 117 is a non profit that exists to care for vulnerable children by supporting foster families. There is a need for more foster families and for foster families to be more effectively supported in Nebraska.
Survey: The purpose of this survey is for current and former foster families to tell their story. Questions have been designed to identify barriers that may exist and possible solutions that would allow for more effective support of foster families. Please answer questions as honestly and thoroughly as possible.
Consent: Your answers will be collected and used to identify solutions to support foster famillies more effectively. Your responses will be kept anonymous. Nebraska 117 will use information contained in the survey for educational and/or promotional purposes. Please try to respond by October 15.
